Jasmine Shah AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Jasmine Shah is an associate principal with 20 years of experience in higher education work, including health sciences, student housing, and student life facilities. A proactive, big-picture thinker, Jasmine is a tremendous resource for the firm, acting as a client advisor, mentor, and project manager. A skilled leader with experience in construction administration, Jasmine enjoys taking a project from the beginning to end, watching how it evolves, and ensuring that it meets – and hopefully surpasses – all client expectations.
Jasmine is passionate about her work in health sciences and nursing-related projects that support future caretakers and help them to develop their skills. She also enjoys maintaining and growing relationships with her clients, especially those local to Baltimore, including Towson University and the University of Maryland, College Park. Since 2020, Jasmine has provided training to small, minority-owned, woman-owned and/or disadvantaged Baltimore-based businesses in the design and construction industries, through Ayers Saint Gross’s partnership with the Johns Hopkins University’s BLocal BUILD College Program.
Inside the firm, Jasmine is an active member of the Risk Management Council, which oversees all operational contracts and procedures. In her free time, she is a Trustee on the Bryn Mawr School’s Board and Chair of the Buildings and Grounds Committee.
