Kirsten Owings SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Kirsten Owings is the firm’s director of human resources. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development, she has established herself as a business partner and trusted advisor working closely with leadership across the firm. Kirsten is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm.
With a passion for career and organizational development, Kirsten champions the firm’s career development and leadership programs to support the entrepreneurial spirit and growth of our employees. Kirsten leads an HR team that is deeply committed to ensuring that all employees have the opportunity to follow their passions and build rewarding careers at Ayers Saint Gross. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified.
