Siobhan Glass AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Siobhan is an architect, designer, and strategist specializing in higher education and health science environments. She excels at integrating strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and operational insight to align institutional goals with innovative, resilient, and high-performing design solutions. Her expertise includes nursing schools, hospitals, cancer centers, dental schools, ambulatory surgery centers, allied health training facilities, and simulation environments.
Inspired by watching her mother’s journey through medical school at a formative age, Siobhan developed a lasting and profound impression of what it means to become a healthcare professional. She found herself in clinical learning spaces early, serving as a pediatric model in support of that training. This lived experience gave her an empathetic lens that now informs how she designs the spaces where that journey happens for the next generation of learners and practitioners. Siobhan continues that immersion as an adult Standardized Patient for nursing students, observing firsthand how spatial decisions shape learner readiness, clinical communication, and simulation outcomes. She brings this vantage point to every project, helping institutions create state-of-the-art facilities that foster empathy, competency, and professional identity.
