Justin Dahl-James AIA, LEED Green Associate

Justin Dahl-James is an associate principal who has been with Ayers Saint Gross since 2008, working on a wide variety of projects for our Arizona office. A skilled collaborator, Justin can tackle all aspects of projects from programming and schematic design through construction administration. Thanks to his years of experience on higher education projects, he has acquired deep technical knowledge of building components, construction, and creative design concepts.

A skilled problem solver, Justin particularly enjoys the challenge of taking on a new project and working on a team to find unique, one-of-a-kind solutions. He is particularly interested in renovation projects, where he can look into the history of a site and help bring its best attributes forward for new use.

Outside of the office, Justin is a talented woodworker who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
