Katy Hunchar

Katy Hunchar is a principal and the director of marketing and business development at Ayers Saint Gross, where she leads marketing, business development, and communications across all our disciplines and offices. With over 15 years of experience, she combines a love of art and culture with expertise in creative direction, business strategy, writing, and design. She approaches every project with a high level of detail, discernment, and curiosity. 

Katy is actively involved in the AIA Large Firm Roundtable Marketing Subcommittee and the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP). Katy is also a visual artist and illustrator, with work featured in The New York Times Book Review and collaborations with the Human Rights Campaign. She has guest lectured in the Department of Art, Architecture and Design at Lehigh University.
