Caitlin Brady AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Caitin Brady is a project architect who believes in the power of collaboration. She has worked on a wide variety of both large and small project types and enjoys balancing meaningful concept design with the realities of code, budget, accessibility, and sustainability. Happiest when leading a team toward a common goal, Caitlin enjoys working on inspiring projects that will shape positive change. Some of her notable projects include The Catholic University of America Conway School of Nursing and Elmhurst University’s Health Sciences Building.
A champion for diversity and inclusion in the profession, Caitlin is the founder and co-chair of the Ayers Saint Gross Women’s Affinity Group, which hosts events to encourage, connect, and foster communication in the firm. Outside of the office, she has been an active volunteer with the ACE Mentor Program of America, the AIA|DC Emerging Architects Committee, the Bay Area Young Architects, and more. Caitlin is also the host and producer of Architectette, a biweekly podcast that amplifies the voices of women+ working across the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
Caitlin has been recognized for her service with the 2017 Alpha Chi Rho Medal for Leadership and Service, the 2021 Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation Emerging Leader Award, and most recently, the 2023 AIA DC Emerging Architect Award.
