Ayers Saint Gross thrived in 2020 because project teams found new ways to remain collaborative while working from home, and thought leaders guided our clients through complexity with confidence. These are accomplishments made possible by people — by individuals contributing and giving their all for one another. We saw the dynamism and strength of our employees as people were forced out of their comfort zones and as individuals rose to the occasion.
