Undergraduate Academic Center
Texas State University - San Marcos
The prominent breezeway through this service building allows for connectivity throughout the campus.

Growth of student enrollment led Texas State University to erect a building to support freshman academics and offer key student support services under one roof. The Undergraduate Academic Center is located near the south gateway of the academic center of campus. Its prominent portal encourages pedestrian flow through the building to provide connections to campus destinations. Ayers Saint Gross and Morris Architects designed the facility to house classroom spaces of varying sizes, departmental offices, and tutoring and student assistance suites. A coffee shop near the entrance opens to Bobcat Trail — a landscaped, pedestrian zone on campus.
