Ayers Saint Gross Ranked Among Top Architecture Firms for Student Housing

Ayers Saint Gross ranked among the top ten student housing architecture firms in the country on the Building Design + Construction 2025 Giants 400 Report. The rankings, which are based on 2024 revenue, listed Ayers Saint Gross as #8 out of 93 firms from around the United States. Notably, Ayers Saint Gross, which has 200 employee-owners, was include alongside firms that are much larger in size and scale.

This is not the only top ten ranking for Ayers Saint Gross this year. Earlier this fall, the firm ranked #8 on Building Design + Construction’s list of the top 160 university building architecture firms.
