share

The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp – founded by actor and philanthropist Paul Newman – offers children with serious illnesses free year-round camp programming “celebrating the fun, friendship and spirit of childhood.” As the Camp begins its 35th summer in Ashford, Conn., CEO James Canton and Board Member Bradley Cooper announced that the organization will open a second location on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Ayers Saint Gross will lead the planning and design efforts for the new location, which will open in 2023. The Camp will be renovated from the former Wye River Conference Center, thanks to a generous donation from the Aspen Institute.
