Point225, the first building in the Providence Innovation District, is anchored by Brown University’s School of Professional Studies and the Cambridge Innovation Center, a company that provides incubator space for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Together, these anchor tenants foster innovation and act as a catalyst for research and development. Open to the public, the ground-floor District Hall provides meeting space for collaboration and creative collisions. The design of the building’s facade prioritizes sweeping views of the city, while exterior and interior signage strengthen first impressions of the physical space.
