In addition to the atypical triangular shape, height restrictions and security and safety concerns for students living off campus were major constraints. The final site massing adds density, height, view corridors, and is lifted at the ground level to accommodate public space.

Shared amenities include a two-level multi-purpose room, media room, golf simulator, demonstration kitchen, business center, and a state-of-the art fitness center with a rock-climbing wall, a yoga studio, spinning, and fitness-on-demand studio. All amenity spaces are outfitted with high-end finishes and furnishings. 

All residential units are fully furnished and include private bathrooms for each bedroom, spacious closets, full-size washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, flat-screen TVs, security features, and high-speed internet. Most units have a private balcony.
