Once a grain terminal for the B&O railroad, Silo Point is now home to 228 luxury condominiums on the Baltimore waterfront. Signage and lighting were developed for the recycled industrial structure to increase its visibility and presence within the city. On the side facing the harbor, illuminated channel letters with white faces and orange edges identify the development. Uplights on the side facing Interstate 95 dramatically spotlight the architecture of the building’s three elevator towers.
