Multiple Planning Projects
Carnegie Mellon University
A decades worth of planning efforts have provided a holistic strategy for the future of Carnegie Mellon University.
For more than a decade, Ayers Saint Gross has helped Carnegie Mellon University develop a framework for growth that accommodates cutting-edge facilities to support the innovative work of faculty, staff, and corporate partners while enhancing the overall quality and character of the campus. We completed the Institutional Master Plans in both 2002 and 2012 that guide continued development of this truly great campus. We have also collaborated with the university on several studies, including an Athletics and Recreation Feasibility Study, Streetscape Vision Plan, and Pre-Development Planning, to develop a holistic approach for supporting key growth areas.
