For more than 120 years, the campuses of the University of North Texas System have grown alongside the communities of the North Texas region. That tradition continued in 2019 with the establishment of a new campus in Frisco, Texas, one of the fastest growing areas in the nation that is already home to a variety of Fortune 500 and start-up companies in the digital, creative, and sports economies.

Developed on a 100-acre greenfield site, the 2019 University of North Texas Frisco Branch Campus Master Plan outlines a visionary, flexible, and substantive plan for the new campus that will guide development through time. By synthesizing the existing site assets and limitations and proposing innovative development, the plan envisions a unique campus experience that will support the continued success of the Frisco community while expanding the legacy of the University of North Texas.
