Our Recruiting Process

At Ayers Saint Gross, we are committed to shaping our profession for the better. Our recruiting process includes the following steps:

  1. Job advertisement
    We advertise job openings on our website and relevant job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, professional associations, and OFCCP-compliant boards). Postings include role details, required/preferred qualifications, and expectations.
  2. Application submission
    Candidates apply online. To apply for multiple roles, a candidate must submit a separate application for each.
  3. Application review
    The hiring team reviews applications. Meeting minimum requirements doesn’t guarantee progression, as each role has unique qualifications. We may receive more applicants than available positions.
  4. Interview process
    Top candidates are invited for virtual/phone screenings or in-person interviews, depending on the role’s complexity. The interview process typically involves 1-3 rounds, with specific details shared with candidates at the start of the interview process.
  5. Pre-employment checks
    Pre-employment checks, including reference verification, may be conducted.
  6. Job offer
    The best candidate receives a written job offer. Offer acceptance and start date may depend on a criminal background check, with the opportunity to disclose relevant history.
