Our team will ensure the community provides input around programming and helps inform the design of major elements of the development. We will engage through neighborhood canvassing, community advisory boards and townhalls at every stage of the project.
Ensuring healthy, thriving, and engaged communities that surround Pimlico Racing and Laurel Park Racing will only serve to strengthen the success of both facilities. We believe that the redevelopment can serve as a highly visible example of inclusive hiring and contracting and will uphold our goals set forth in our plan.
In working in these communities, we believe our team has a responsibility to activate the workforce native to both Park Heights and surrounding communities and those enveloping Laurel Park. We look forward to augmenting cradle-to-career pipelines in STEAM careers for local students while supporting the design profession.
